Jam AI transforms your bug captures into complete, actionable reports. Engineers get the context they need to debug faster, while you spend less time writing tickets.

How it works

• AI Auto-Title: AI generates a short summary of the captured video
• AI Repro Steps: AI generates a list of steps to reproduce the captured bug

Jam AI is not available for screenshot Jams.

Managing AI Features

You can control Jam AI at two levels: workspace-wide settings and individual captures.

• Workspace-level control

  1. Control Jam AI for your whole workspace from Settings.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. In general scroll down to the data section
  4. Toggle Jam AI on or off
  5. This setting applies to all members and overrides individual preferences in your workspace.

• Per-Capture Control

  1. Toggle AI features while creating any Jam.
  2. Start creating a new Jam
  3. Look for the AI toggle in the capture interface
  4. Turn it on or off based on your needs
  5. Your choice saves automatically for future captures.

Free plan: 30 trial uses of Jam AI. Team plan: 200 uses per person per month (14-day free trial available). Enterprise: unlimited. Working on an open-source project? Jam always remains free for open-source projects. Apply here for Team plan access.

How is my data used?
The data is shared with Google’s Gemini AI model for the purpose of providing you with Jam AI functionality. We explicitly opt out of LLMs using Jam customer data for any training. We take steps to de-identify data and protect your privacy. For more details, visit our AI policies page.
