Delete your Jam account yourself from Settings, no support ticket needed. Deletion takes effect immediately and also removes every workspace where you’re the only member.

Account deletion is permanent. Jam cannot restore your account, your Jams, or your workspaces after you confirm.

What happens to your data

What gets deleted depends on whether you share each workspace with other members.

Workspaces where you’re the only member

Shared workspaces

Jam keeps the content you created in shared workspaces. To have that content permanently deleted as well, contact Jam support.

Before you delete

Delete your account

  1. Open your account settings
    Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Click Delete
Scroll to the Delete account section and click Delete.
  3. Review what gets deleted
The confirmation dialog lists every workspace that will be deleted with your account, along with its plan.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm
Type DELETE in the confirmation field. The confirmation is case sensitive.
  5. Click Delete account
If the deletion includes workspaces, the button also counts them. Jam deletes your account and signs you out immediately.
