### Steps to Connect

1. Open Settings
   
   Go to [**Settings → Integrations**](/content/s/settings/integrations/index.html).

2. Connect your tools
   
   Authenticate with the tools your team uses. Available integrations include:
   - **AI & Webhooks:** ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, Webhooks
   - **Customer support:** Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Intercom Fin AI, Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk
   - **Error tracking:** FullStory, LogRocket, Sentry
   - **Project management:** Asana, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack

3. Send Jams to your tools
   
   - New Jams
   - Send existing Jams

When creating a new Jam, select your destination from the **link to share** menu before clicking **Create**. Jam posts the capture to the selected tool with all technical context attached.

For existing Jams, open the Jam and click **Send to app** to push it to any connected integration.
